Because every piece is handcrafted to order, please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipping. You'll receive email updates at each stage, and can track your order live on our Track Order page.
Important Notice for US Buyers
As of August 2025, the U.S. government implemented a 15% customs duty on imports from Türkiye. Shipments are now sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Once the parcel arrives in the U.S., customs duties and taxes will be collected directly from the buyer by U.S. authorities. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations and tax policies before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

Every NomadCraft piece is handcrafted to order specifically for you. Because each item is made individually — not pulled from shelf stock — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your piece arrives defective or damaged in transit, we will remake or repair it at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at nomadcraftatelier@gmail.com.
Engraved & Custom Pieces
Personalized and engraved items are final sale under all circumstances, as they cannot be resold or reused.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will correct it immediately. Contact us with your order number and a photo of what you received.
